Adobe Acrobat PRO Version 2023.008.20421 I am the IT Help Desk at Fort Carson. Our PD2 system users rely on being able to print to file (Adobe PDF set as default). When it fails for users, I am tasked with getting that feature working again. In some instances, I have had success reinstalling the Adobe PDF. In other instances, I have had to reinstall Adobe Pro to get working. I have two users that I have reinstalled Adobe PDF and reinstalled the application and those users still can’t print to PDF. Is there a cache I can clear or registry edit that may repair the ability to print to PDF?
