The Acrobat XI PDFMaker Add-on cannot be loaded on MS Office 365 ProPlus (Outlook), and an error notice is released that "The selected add-on cannot be loaded because of a running error during the loading of COM Add-ons." Just like below:

You have to update Acrobat to at least version 11.0.16 for it to be compatible with your version of Office.
