The document could not be printed

Hi, I am having problems with one PDF. When I try to print it it appears the message of the document could not be printed. But I have tried with some other PDF's and for them, the printer is working perfectly fine. I have created in Photoshop two banners for two different stands. Both have the same settings adjusted, but when I transfer them to PDF, only one of them is printing, the other one is unable to print. However, if I open PDF24 it can be printed. It should be something wrong with the Adobe PDF.

I have tried to reset the system, create a new photoshop and transfer it to PDF, and still is happening.

What can I do, please?
