The Little Things That Make a Big Difference in Creative Workflow

Hi everyone,

I’ve been exploring Adobe tools more deeply over the last few weeks, and one thing that really struck me is how much the small features and shortcuts end up making the biggest difference in our creative flow.

For instance, in Photoshop, I just learned how tweaking my workspace panels can shave off minutes on each project. In Illustrator, even something mundane, such as mastering the Width Tool in creative ways, transformed the way I work with vector artwork. And don't even get me started on After Effects—precomposing layers the right way was a complete game-changer for my motion projects.

These small epiphanies make me understand that creativity is not only about having grand ideas—it's also about eliminating friction along the way so we can remain "in the zone."

I'd be delighted to hear from this community:

One small but mighty Adobe feature, tool, or shortcut that revolutionized your workflow.

Let's create a list of "hidden gems" for anyone who's still discovering their way in these incredible apps.

Looking forward to your feedback!
