I am working on a PowerPoint presentation with the Work Sans font, but when I convert it to PDF, the bold and some variations of the font are missing. It's all in Work Sans Medium only, how can I fix it?

First, I make the presentation with Work Sans in Power Point and then select the "save as: PDF" option. I have also tried to transform the file directly in Adobe Premium, but the result is always the same: all the bold and italics disappear from the document.

The result is even worse, strange characters appear...

I don't understand why it doesn't keep the correct font and characters when converting PowerPoint to PDF 😞

Could it be that it has been installed incorrectly in some way? I have tried it on other computers and I have no problem...
