The Works Sans font is out of sync when I convert a PowerPoint file to a PDF file

I am working on a PowerPoint presentation with the Work Sans font, but when I convert it to PDF, the bold and some variations of the font are missing. It's all in Work Sans Medium only, how can I fix it?

How are you converting it to PDF, exactly?

First, I make the presentation with Work Sans in Power Point and then select the "save as: PDF" option. I have also tried to transform the file directly in Adobe Premium, but the result is always the same: all the bold and italics disappear from the document.

Try using the Create PDF command from the Acrobat ribbon.

Could it be that it has been installed incorrectly in some way? I have tried it on other computers and I have no problem...
