There is a permission password on my document that I never created, please help me remove.

How did you create the document?

Yes, in another software.  I have confirmed with them there is no encryption unless I add it later and I did not.

Adobe did!  I have no issues with this or any other electronic signature document in any other software except Adobe  This is not the only document with electronic signatures that I have had issues with Adobe.  This issue needs to be rectified.
