There is an engineering stamp on a set of drawings that isn't coming out on my print out. How can I fix this?

I am trying to print a set of drawings that has an engineering stamp on them.  Everything else on the page prints except that stamp.  It also doesn't show in the print preview.  I am totally confused, can someone help?

If it does not show in the print preview it will not print! That's sure...
