Bonjour,

je n'arrive plus à utiliser Acrobat, il reste ouvert 5 secondes puis l'application plante avec le message suivant : "There was a RAISE without a handler. The application will now exit." J'ai cherché et essayé diverses solutions mais rien ne fonctionne. J'ai essayé plusieurs fois de désinstaller et réinstaller Acrobat mais sans succès... J'ai un abonnement Adobe et c'est bien la dernière version qui est installée, ma version d'OS est Catalina 10.15.7.

Avez-vous une solution à me proposer?

Hi Amal,

j'ai supprimé le folder "Accessibility.acroplugin" comme conseillé, j'ai redémarré mon Mac mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas...

Une autre solution svp?

Bonjour Amal,

merci pour votre réponse. J'ai essayé la solution de 'fi2000', mais malheureusement, ca ne fonctionne toujours pas. J'ai modifié les certificats en "toujours approuver", j'ai redémarré mon Mac et j'ai toujours le message d'erreur à l'ouverture d'Acrobat.
J'ai cherché sur le forum d'aures solutions mais sans succès.

 

Avez-vous une autre solution à me proposer?

We are sorry to hear that. Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latets version 21.05.20058 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates, you may also download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html and reboot the computer after updating the application.
