this document enabled extended features in adobe acrobat reader. the document has been changed since

Hi Team,

Sometimes our employee getting this error when they try to edit the PDF with free version.

I have tried to resinstall Adobe and it works for sometimes and then it comes with same error.

We have installed same version on their laptop but not sure why it comes up with this error.

Please let me know if you guys have any solution.

Hi All,

I experienced this issue in Adobe Reader and not Acrobat Pro. I performed the following steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/kb/error-opening-acrobat-reader-extended-pdfs.html and it worked for me. Please try it and see if it helps you.
