Tiny printing

When I print a .pdf, the first page (or the only page) prints 1" tall, upside down, and backwards. If I want to print page 35 of a document, no problem... I say "print 34 and 35" and throw 34 away. But when it's a one-page document, or when I want the first page of something, I have to go to another computer...

This happened before but I forget what fixed it. If you can help me, I'll be sure to write down the solution! Thanks!

Hi wendyh54650026,

I apologize for taking so long in responding to your question.

Assuming you have Adobe Acrobat installed on the machine, could you please try following the steps mentioned below?

1- Check for update for Acrobat, launch Acrobat>click Help>select Check for Updates.

2- If that doesn't work, try resetting printer to its "Factory Default" settings and see if that works.

Please confirm the version of Adobe Acrobat installed on the machine?

Which Operating System is running on the machine?

Please keep us posted with the results.

Thanks!

Shivam
