Hello,

I see in my latest Adobe Acrobat Pro version that you need to check the option "receipient must sign in order" in order for the first person specified to sign first, then the next person specified to sign next.   I see that if I dont check this, then any receipient can sign in any order.

my question is : has this option always been there?  Or was it the case in earlier versions of Adobe Acrobat that whomever you put first must sign first and so on?   I ask because I need to inform others of this who may have earlier versions of Acrobat...

thank you very much!

Craig

Hi craigb36097816,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

The option was always available on the send page where you add the recipients to send a document for signature.

For more information on the signing workflow, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3UmTXIx

Thanks,

Meenakshi
