Tools Shortcut Not Saving

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Version 2022.001.20142

Windows 10

 

Having issue saving the tools shortcut. Adobe is not saving it.

For example, I set it up like this:

And I tried to close the PDF and it would reset itself when I open again:

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

I see that you have the old version 22.1.20142 of Acrobat DC installed. Please update the application to the new version 22.1.20269 from the help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

You may also download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

 

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082
