Track Changes Question

How do you make a tracking process where your deletions are shown in a balloon or sidebar and your additions are shown with a with a different colored text?  can you do that in Adobe Acrobat?

Consider changing your comment authoring ID, adding discriminators to indicate the why and when. For example, in a comment's Properties-General box your name could be morphed in the Author box as: "CraigB-Rvw1-210805" (for your name - review 1 - today's date) and saved by checking the Make Properties Default box. With the Comments pane open, these comments could be isolated by filtering and/or sorting.

The comments pane becomes your de facto sidebar and the comments with your morphed name become the balloons.

Changing text colors may not be necessary.
