Transfer Acrobat 9 Standard from old PC to new PC. "Deactivate" is greyed out

I need to move my version of Acrobat 9 Standard from an old PC to a new one. When I click on "Help", the dropdown shows "Deactivate" but it's dim.

Then it might be a volume license. Anyway, it's been reported that Adobe disabled the activation servers for older versions, so it's likely you won't be able to re-activate it on the new machine anyway.
