Transfer Adobe Acrobat DC Pro (2015)

Guest

Currently replacing a user's (old) system and they have a valid Adobe Acrobat DC Pro (2015) license for the device. Is it possible to transfer said license to a new device?

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/transfer-product-license.html suggests it is possible but am uncertain if it applies in this case.

Appreciate your time.

I believe it should be possible. Try following the instructions on that page you linked to.

Just to clarify: The transfer is of a license, not an installation. Once the transfer is complete then you should be able to install and use the application. However, since this is an older version make sure you also get all the media for it, unless it was a digital download purchase.

You can transfer the license, IF you have a good copy of the software.  (if you do, send me a copy please...)

Adobe is no longer supporting, or providing copies of the software.  If you have it, your old license key will still be valid, assuming you have the key.  I have my software key, but no copy of the software.

That may not be legal.

I have a valid license and product key.  I'll take my chances.
