Hello, I have the ability to edit on my old laptop but can't figure out how to transfer that to my new laptop. The instructions of how to locate the serial number don't work for me as that is not showing on my old laptop or in the account portion of the adobe website. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
There's an Acrobat Pro teams license registered under your Adobe account. Probably given by your employer to you, or you have purchased it on your own.
You cannot locate the license number from the old installer. That is not possible.
When you log in to your Adobe account, you'll be able to see your license number and a link to download the installer.
