Hi, just recently every time I open a pdf a windows pops up telling me "si è verificato un errore interno" (internal error), and then my file explorer stops working for a few seconds and I'm not able to open more pdfs.

I've tried various solutions, and uninstalled and reinstalled the program and nothing worked.

Hi, I have the same problem.

I just discovered that it does not happen if I uncheck the "Preview view/panel."

Of course this way I can't preview my files but at least they open and the explorer doesn't crash.

Waiting for Adobe to solve this issue...
