Hello,
I started the Acrobat Pro trial.
Immediately realised it wasn't for me.
Cancelled the subscription in my Payapl and thought I had also cancelled any future payments.
I'm still getting emails from Adobe asking for my subscription fee.
How do I resolve this?
I only have a Creative Cloud Free Membership with no products purchased and cannot find Acrobat in there?
If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be most welcome.
Thanks

You will need to use a different browser or a private browsing session, or use a tablet or smartphone. You have a pop-up blocker installed in your browser.

Cancelling the payment is not the same as cancelling the subscription itself... Try doing it here:

Yes I tried that and there was no Manage Plan button.
When clicking on the View Plan button there was/is no Cancel Plan button.

You should contact Adobe directly for help with this issue:
General help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

There's no email support.
Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...

Make sure the permission to open pop-up windows for that site is enabled in your browser.
In Firefox, for example, it's done with the button just to the left of the page URL.

If you don't see the subscription in your account, you may have taken the subscription with a different Adobe ID.
