Hi - I work on contracts every day and I was always able to easily put initials for single/multiple signers. All I have to do is put initials on one page and then just click Repeat on All Pages.
Just an hour ago, it seems my Adobe Acrobat was updated because the interface changed when I had to send out another document. This time, there seems to be no option at all to copy or repeat any fields. I had to put in everything one by one.
I was wondering if there was any way I can bring my Adobe Acrobat back to that previous version.

Thank you for reaching out.
It seems that you are referring to the new Acrobat experience. To know more about the new experience via the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/new-acrobat-experience.html.
Could you please share the screenshot of the window where you used to receive it when you tried to copy it on other pages?
As you are working on a form to send for signature, refer to the following page to check the option in the new version: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/send-for-signature.html. Select the New Acrobat after you open the link.
If you experience the issue, you may also revert to the old version. Steps are mentioned on this help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/new-acrobat-experience.html.
It would be helpful if you could share the information with us before you revert so we can look into it.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

I used the Disable New Acrobat Feature and it sort of resolved.
I am using the new Acrobat, and there is an option to repeat initials on all pages when I go to Fill and Sign.
The weird thing about Acrobat right now is that the Fill and Sign interface changes. I have to keep disabling and enabling the New Acrobat just so I can get that initials option.

I have the same issue, I need to be able to duplicate initial fields to all pages and it seems that feature is removed from this new version. Hopefully they add it back, as it is unusable now.

The designers at Acrobat do not use their own product. Otherwise such obvious negligent design changes woudl be avoided. I am fighting with the software for teh same reason and cannot find a reonable long term solution, except to move to Docusign. But hey... they added useless AI blaotware recently so there is more useless garbage that no one wants in exchange for all teh features they make worse or break as they update. I give Acrobat's new experience an F-.

The idea of putting your initials on each page is to make sure that they have all been read (and approved). So it can only be done page by page, like on a paper document.
Otherwise there's no point and a signature at the end of the document is sufficient.

Thats true, but not relevent to this issue. We are talking about adding the intial fields to the contract to request initials on each page.

So, right-click on the first "Initials" field on the first page and choose "Duplicate Across Pages".

Not available in the new experience. This is the root of the complaint.

Revert to the Classic UI: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/acrobat-2023-how-to-revert-to-classic-gui-user-in...
Consider the "new Acrobat" as a beta version, many features are still missing or half-implemented.

I reverted the UI, but I still cannot add initials to multiple pages. This is driving me mad and I've lost a day. Do I need to go through and manually add initials to over 100 pages?!
Why would this still not be fixed? This issue was flagged a year ago. Have I missed a solution posted somewhere?
Thank you

Foxit allows you to sign multiple pages at one fell swoop; I am having a similar problem, and only Foxit seems to offer this.

Are you just catching on that Adobe deosn't care about you or the quality of their products? So long as everyone keeps paying, they will continue to ignore the many flaws in the poorly built "updates" they make as they push more junk on you that deosn't work and you don't want.

I just went to Acrobats Uer Voice Forum and Voted this feature as "Critical" - I recomend anyone else also needing it does the same!
