trying to automate acrobat (action wizard) using script

Hello, 

Right now I have 2 action wizards: (1) scale all pages to A4; (2) export pdfs to excel.

I want to automate these 2 action wizards so that the actions are run atomatically, when new files are uploaded to a designated folder, without me having to open acrobat and run the actions. I have tried applescript, javascript (saved in the application support>javascript folder), and have even downloaeded PDF services API (but the latest version doesnt have resizing or export as excel) to run python script, but nothing works.

Applescript was able to open the action wizard view window but could not interact with the action wizard page. I used accessbility inspector to see the ui elements of the action wizard window, but acessbility inspector was unable to detect any ui elements in the window; it didnt recognize any ui elements even when i clicked on an action and run it as well.

Can anyone help me? I had chatgpt look over all my codes and made changes but still i keep getting errors.

Adobe intentionally tries to stop people from doing that. I believe it's also forbidden by the EULA...
