I purchased an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and when I click on the download link for the app it goes to an error page.

Are there any solutions? I've tried the live chat and there aren't any agents available.

I was able to chat with an agent this morning and was given this link to successfully download the application:

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.
