Trying to use Acrobat Pro 2020. My OS version is 10.14.6.

It works on the other Macbook, same model MacBook Pro (13 Zoll, Mitte 2012) as well with OS 10.14.6.

Two screenshots attached.

Can anyone help? Thanks!Bildschirmfoto 2021-05-30 um 13.13.01.pngBildschirmfoto 2021-05-30 um 13.12.48.png

Hi Welkmann,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

As the Acrobat Licensing Application window opens blank, please try enabling the root account or create a new user account with full admin access. Then check if you experience the same behavior when trying to sign in to the application. You may use the steps suggested in the following help document to enable the root account: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204012

If it works fine on the root account, then it may be an issue of permissions.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
