turn off adobe notification in task manager and start up

 everytime  i start up my computer the adobe colaberation and  notifier start up in task manager and at windows start even if  i am not usin  adobe reader. I have  disabled  all thu=is in services   and task scheduler yet it  still shows up in task manager every time  i start up and  there is no adobe app i   the sattup in  task manage  . I would like to know  how to either stop it  disable remoe  etc  please help

 everytime  i sart up my computer   and   i go to task manager  i see  adobe collaberstion  and  adobe  notifier .  i is always in task manager and a t windows start up. I hae disabled the  adobe updater in serices and  in task scheduler and stil  i see it in task manger. I  have  looked for it in  the start up in task manager it is not there how do   i disabel or stop if from  always starting in  windows start up and  task manger Please help
