Two emails with Gmail

When i send an email with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC using Gmail as my default email, it creates two emails.  One email with out attachment and a secound with the attachment.  How can elimate the email without the attachment??

Can you confirm the version of your operating system, software.

Also, can you confirm what application is connected to your Gmail account? Is it Outlook (for example) or a browser?
