Scenario:
1. User opens a form
2. User immediately begins to type in a field
3. After a few seconds, Reader will pop up the free trial banner in the bottom left. Acrobat will pop up the "Request e-signatures" banner in the same spot.
4. Both cause the field from stage 2 to lose focus
5. In previous versions of Acrobat, this would cause it to crash (some time in 2024). It looks like some update since then has fixed this.
Desired Behavior:
The field should not lose focus when Acrobat presents these banners. This was the behavior before an update in 2023 or 2024.

@defaultbxpkluznryps it is very likely that you have had in the past downloaded th free trial, and decided to get the paid subscription; if that is the case, I would uninstall Acrobat on your computer first. Don't just delete it, you need to follow the step to make sure you are un-installing the app correctly. Log out of the adobe.com and Creative Cloud desktop app and then download and use Adobe Cleaner, to fix common issues, such as removing outdated Adobe software, cleaning corrupt files, and repairing host files for Adobe server connectivity. Wipe it clean! Only use the one from Adobe themselves: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/run-creative-cl...
Once you have done this, now, go back to adobe.com and Creative Cloud desktop app logging in with the correct Adobe ID that you have paid for, and install the latest and greatest Acrobat. And launch that. Now it should work like a charm
Get ready! An upgraded Adobe Community experience is coming in January.
