@Creative British Scho9028 do you have permission to add an e-signature to a certificate? I don't know how these certificates are generated? I am guessing since the Vice Principal is signed, you are wanting the Principal signed too. (Maybe it's just my Canadian roots, we call our 'Principal' not 'Principle' (Principle is a guiding rule or a basic truth.)
