Our office has 2 users and until recently the account has been accessed fine with not difficulties. Since the last big update all has changed and the other user cannot access the program at all ("Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not bee activated. Trying launching Adobe Acrobat"). Our could providers are unable to resolve the problem with the other user at all and having trouble getting hold of Adobe to try to resolve this issue.
We hope to be able to get Adobe to either contact our cloud provider or for them to contact Adobe.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20048 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.
