Unable to activate new Acrobat Experience

I really like the new Acrobat design. Since i reinstalled acrobat, the new design is gone and the option to activate it under "View" wont show up. Is there any fix or workaround to force the new design?image.png

The new experience is being rolled out as an experiment and may not be available to all users. As it was available before the re-installation, some backend changes may have occurred at that time. 

We will check with the team for the workaround and update you with the correct information.

I have employee that are getting this but I, the Adobe Enterprise Administrator, cannot get it.  If it is going to be rolled out, it needs to be rolled out to everyone or no one in the same organization or at least allow the administrator to get it.
