Unable to cancel subscription option

I've been getting the message "We've received payment for your new formula. You'll soon be able to manage it." . But I'm about to exceed the 7-day trial period and I'd like to cancel my subscription.

You need to get in touch with Adobe's customer support to resolve all billing and subscription issues. We do not have access to Adobe's billing system.
