Hi all,

I am unable to cancel my subscription. I continue to be charged monthly even though I am not using Adobe. I tried the following options:

- Went to account.adobe.com/plans, but my subscription doesn't show up there. I can't select 'Manage Plan'. In fact, the entire 'Plans and Payments' section is empty

- Tried contacting Adobe support, but I get the following note: "Please contact your administrator for help.

A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help."
- Contacted the procurement person handling Adobe for my organization. They are unaware about this subscription and cannot find WHO from Adobe is billing me, and how I am being billed.

I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place and continue to be charged.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Do you have a teams/enterprise subscription? Sign out of your account and sign in again. If getting asked, choose the personal profile. Check there under plans, if you have a subscription.

If you have a Teams/Enterprise account, the fees for that would be paid by the “contract owner” and not the individual users. I assume therefore a personal subscription.

Other possibilities:

  • You have a different account where you have a forgotten subscription. → check all the accounts you may have.
  • Your credit card gets used, but it is not your plan. → check with your bank.
