Right clicking on a Word doc gives me an option for Convert to Adobe PDF. When I select it I get the error "missing pdfmaker files" and get and option to repair. I have tried this multiple times. When in Word, the Acrobat PDFMaker addin is Inactive. After activating it, it still goes back to inactive after a reboot. I am able to convert Excel and PowerPoints, just not Word docs. I have reinstalled Office and Acrobat DC, and ensured both are updated.
I have tried all 5 solutions on this page to which none of the solutions worked - Fix PDFMaker unavailability in MS Office
When I reinstalled Acrobat I did get the error below when I started it up for the first time. Even after clicking on Yes it still fails to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
