Unable to create a digital signature with a specific certificate

We have tried this certificate in two PCs and Adobe is unable to use it for digital signatures. Its properties say it can make digital signatures.

We are able to sign with other software, but Adobe Acrobat is the most comfortable to use.

It allows us to sign with any other certificate, but it doesn't even display this certificate when you use the option to include a digital signature, however if you check in "Edit" -> "Preferences" -> "Signatures" -> "Identities & trusted certificates", you can see it's there, and it also shows that it has the signing property, yet provides no option to sign with it.
