Hello community,
I have been a long-time user of Adobe products, and I use them daily for my work. However, I'm facing an issue where I am unable to edit scanned PDFs. This is very important for me. Could anyone please help me find a solution for this? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Did you run OCR (Recognize text) on them?

As 'Enthusiastic' mentioned, Acrobat has an OCR feature which will convert text in an image to editable text. It's a great feature, but If you use this feature, proofread the file because there may be unrecognized areas in the OCR.

You should be able to click on 'Edit PDF' in the righthand panel.
Then click the 'Edit Text and Images' icon at the top of the window.
Click on the image you want to edit to select it.
Right click and from the drop down menu, select 'Edit Using", and choose the image editor program you want to use to edit the image.
Of course, if it is an image, which you seem to indicate, you will not be able to edit individual text characters that may appear on the image.

Thank you very much, Barbara, for solving my problem. I run an online Home Cleaning Services business, and sometimes customers send me pictures of their bills that need to be edited. That's why I was very curious and needed assistance.
