Unable to fill out form that always has been working

I have a pdf that I have created and added forms and a meny to add date in some forms.

All that is no problem, a lot of our customers can fill out these forms that I have created.

But now when I am using the pdf with forms, I am unable to write anything in the form fields or get a date menu. Instead there is a blue box over the field, which is also impossible to fill out.

Note, I haven't done anything to the pdf or modified it, the problem just turned up today.

Thank you for your patience so far.

 

The issue has been resolved. Please reboot the machine and then relaunch Acrobat.

Then, wait for some time and try to fill out the forms again.

I'm having the same problem! It's a simple pdf that I use every week and I've never had an issue. And I didn't change anything. Before I start changing settings, it'd be nice to get a solution.

Me too, and since I create these forms for clients to use. This is now a major problem with what is surely an essential functionality. Come on Adobe.

Hello everyone,

 

Same here, same wait !!

Temporary solution but not sooo good : Click to Convert and the form seems unlock, but you need to close after and register tour form like usually .

 

BUT We wait for a BUG Fix , ADOBE !
