Unable to find a dynamic stamp that I have created

I have been trying to create a dynamic stamp, I have done this before and never had a problem until the last few updates.  The stamp is not in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Stamps file

My older stamps are there but not any new ones, not dynamic, not standard.

I am quite annoyed and do not know where erlse to look as I know Adobe gives a weird name so cannot even search for it.

Any ideas?

@MBK CDN Have you tried changing where you find the stamps? 

I am on a MAC, under Tools, Stamps,

Thanks but that's not the problem:  I cannot see the created stamp in the  C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Stamps folder to edit the dynamic part

Yes it shows up in the tools dynamic but I cannot access it to edit in the date field.

You may try looking at the following locations: 

username - would be your system profile name 

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\Acrobat\Stamps

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Stamps

In case synced to your cloud profile:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\CloudSync\Stamps

Lastly - you can check here:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe\Acrobat\Stamps

Unfortunately, that didn't work either.  I can find all my old stamps in the Roaming folder but none of the new ones: the other places you mentioned do not have any stamp named folders

Hi Tariq:

That website just shows how to make the stamp.  I know how because I've done them before.  As I said my previously made ones are still there, but the new ones do not show up in  C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Stamps or any other folder.  It happened after one of the updates and on two different computers that are not cpnnected.

Windows 11 wouldn't have a different site (used that Java script to check) so I;m at my wits end.  Probably a glitch in the update, so because this is intergral to my work I will probably be cancelling my subscription and checking out other PDF programs.  No use paying for software that doesn't do all the jobs.

++Adding to what our community product expert and my colleague have already shared, New stamps are stored internally inside Acrobat’s user profile, not as visible .pdf or .asl files. Because the folder is now mainly used for legacy stamps.

Please use the Adobe Wish form to submit a feature request to the product team, and we'll also share it with them for consideration.
