Unable to find "Adobe PDF" resource files "Acrobat PDFMaker"

 I can't utilise the option "save as adobe pdf" without this message coming up. 
Have tried all suggested advice on other threads including

Need this to work as this is a very important tool.

Was this ever resolved? I am having same issue in Word 365 only.
