Hi can't seem to fix this error. I've tried reinsalling Adobe Pro DC, deleting certificates, turning off firewall, but I keep getting the same error below. Can anyone please help.

I ended up having to contact Adobe who fixed the problem as I wasn't able to fix it on my own.
