Acrobat 2017 Upgrade to Pro - does not work properly
I have a similar problem.
I PURCHASED AN UPGRADE LICENSE TO GO FROM ADOBE PRO XI TO ADOBE PRO 2017
ON MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION, A DOWNLOAD FILE AND A NEW SERIAL NUMBER WERE GIVEN. WHEN I DOWNLOADED THE FILE AND INSTALLED WITH THE NEW SERIAL NUMBER, I NOW HAVE A STANDARD VERSION NOT PRO. I CHECK AND THE DOWNLOAD FILE FOR BOTH STANDARD AND PRO ARE THE SAME SIZE WHICH IS UNUSUAL. WHO CAN I SPEAK TO, TO GET THIS RESOLVED. IT GOT STUFF TO DO! IDEAS?

As per the description above, you are not able to install the Acrobat Pro DC, Is that correct?
You have the active license of Acrobat Pro DC(perpetual) registered on your Adobe ID. To check the details of serial number, you may refer to Find your serial number Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/global/find-your-serial-number.html
Please uninstall previous installed Acrobat from the machine using the Acrobat Cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs Link: https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
Restart the computer, and then install the Acrobat Pro DC from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
Use the serial key which you received through email for activation.
