Unable to open Acrobat DC on a second computer

I can't open Acrobat on my second computer, on the first one there's no problem. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc opens on both computers without any problems.

What happens when you try to open Acrobat on a second computer? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

A small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue you are experiencing will be very helpful.

Hello Amal, thanks for answering. I don't get an error message when I try to open it. When I click on a file or try to start the program nothing happens.

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
