unable to open pdf files?

I have created an  account with user name and password as well, the problem is when I downloaded an  adobe file to my hard disk and later I tried to access  and read the files, I have to enter password in which I did, but the problem is my password is invalid, my password was updated.

I am unable to open a PDF attachment. It asks me for a password and I've tried everyone I ever used. Still won't open. Where can I find this password?

Please check with the file's sender if you have received the PDF as an email attachment. 

It is not possible to open a PDF without a password or reset the password.
