Unable to password encrypt PDF from DocuSign. Error "This document could no be saved. Bad parameter"

Hi Adobe support,

I am raising issue on behalf of the team that is facing this issue. They are all unable to password encrypt Pdf download from DocuSign. The error "This document could no be saved. Bad parameter" popups up. I have attached a file for your reference. Currently they are all using Adobe Acrobat Pro and are sharing licenses.
