I have not been able to print a PDF although I have an Acrobat account. It only allows me to save as PDF. Please help! I am paying for a membership so I can print the PDFs!

When you say "print a PDF", What printing method are you using?
For example, Print to PDF using the Microsoft virtual printer driver (if you're on Windows), printing to an actual printing device hardware, or print using the Adobe PDF Maker as the printing device?

I am needing to print to my HP printer (hardware). There is no drop down for my printer when I try to print a PDF. It works only for Word type docs. I also can't figure out how to add Acrobat to my laptop. It's only on my phone. What do I do about that? I am sorry I can't figure this out...

There should be a drop down for printer in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.
Top left. What do you see? On the other hand, you say you haven't been able to put Acrobat on your laptop, so I don't really understand why you say "it only allows be to save as PDF". WHAT only allows you to save as PDF... since it isn't Acrobat?
