Unable to print multiple PDFs without being prompted to save each one manually

Hello:

Although the issue I am about to describe does not plague me, my own installation works perfectly; all of my coworkers are having the issue.

System state:

Batch print-to-PDF of several digitally-signed PDFs; these PDFs are printed to PDF to preserve the digital signature images since when the digital certificate expires, the digital signature becomes invalid. Printing to PDF preserves the signature.

Windows 10, Acrobat Pro DC Version 2023.001.20143

The steps in https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/print-and-combine-multiple-files.html have been followed, and the Adobe PDF Output Folder has been set to \My Documents\PDF Output for all users.

How it SHOULD work:

Select a group of files, right-click, print, and the print job should be sent to the default printer, which in all cases is Adobe PDF. On my computer, this works perfectly. All files print to PDF, the filenames are automatically derived from the source file's name, and all selected files save perfectly.

Symptom:

On my coworker's computers, the batch print job of the multiple file selection begins, but at the end of the conversion for each file, a 'Save as' dialog appears, and the user is asked to enter the filename to save the file. This shouldn't be happening.

Does anyone have any ideas about what to check?

Are you printing over the existing files, ie. overwriting them?
