Unable to print using the green print button and unable to remove print this form from the printing

Hello Community,

I am trying to figure out why the green "print this form " button at the bottom of a fillable PDF  doesnt work. I'll fill out the fields and when I click "print this form" nothing happens. But I'll go the File> Print and the PDF will print but it will have the 3 buttons at the bottom of the page.  I am running adobe on Mac. The screenshot below will show you the buttons i am trying to  p[rint with or remove from the fillable PDF when I do print. Any info would help, thank you

Set the buttons to "Visible but doesn't print" on the "General" tab of the Properties dialog for the buttons.

Next, look at the Actions tab on the Field Properties Dialog. This is where the function for the button is set. See if it is actually set to print the PDF.
