Unable to properties button in adobe acrobat on my macbook

Good Day Community

I am currently getting an using when i am printing a document to my printer i am unable to see the properties button that is next to the advanced button when the print popup setting appears.

You ever come across i have seen the post on the properties button not being clickable and the suggested ideas but my button doesnt appear.Please give me suggestions on fixing the issue

Using a macbook with the latest OS and latest adobe version

Printer is a Hp designet t120

This sounds like an issue with the printer than Acrobat.

You might want to try checking the troubleshooting and setup steps through HP's page: HP printer setup (Mac built-in driver) | HP® Support

 

You can also check the setup for your printer from Apple's help page: Printers & Scanners settings on Mac – Apple Support (UK).
