Canot save my PDF on MAC

Doesnt work. 

this pdf is not locked and it is read and write on mac.

Can you please verify what verson of Acrobat you are using?

 

Acrobat DC: the Reader version with limited commenting and can save a filled out form.

Acrobat Standard DC: for PCs only and has limited Pro abilities

Acrobat Pro DC: full Acrobat capability

 

If you are in fact using Acrobat DC, the program is doing what it can and not doing what it can't.

 

If you are using Acrobat Pro DC we can try and help.

I am using acrobat pro DC on Imac. 

I am merging files and cant do anything (print, save...)

Even for a file downloaded I cant save it or print it with Acrobat.

Basically I can only view the file.

Message : this file is read onlyor opened by another user. Record it under a different name or in a different folder. 

This file has no protection nor Imac .

I am able to record, print my documents from document cloud and not directly from acrobat pro dc. I still dont understand why

We have released a new update for Acrobat/Reader DC application version 21.05.20048. Please update the application from the help menu or manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html and reboot the computer once after updating the application and check if that helps.
