Unable to save comments on PDF

I have been working for two days on revisions/edits for a catalogue (PDF format) using the web version of Adobe Acrobat (I just got a subscription for this). When I went to save the changes, I just get a "saving changes" messages but it's stuck in there. So I am afraid my the system didn't save my comments (over 50 notes with edits and changes) as I when I open the in the original location in OneDrive, it doesn't show the comments/edits I made. I had linked my Adobe to OneDrive to be able to access my files from that location. When I try to open from the web app I get Err_code: 3000

Is there any hope for me to be able to see the comments made? the page is stuck on saving changes and recover the document so I don't lose all my work?

I am overly frustrated with this issue jvpalabras_0-1723576161160.png so I would appreciate any tips/feedback to help me resolve this.

Hi @jvpalabras,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

Are you using a company managed OneDrive account? If yes, it could be permissions issue with usage of the account on 3-p applications, and reaching out to the IT team might be the best solution here.

If not, you can try logging in directly to your OneDrive account on web, and check if the changes reflect there.

As you mentioned having a subscription, did you try using the same workflow on the Acrobat Desktop App?

You might want to test the workflow there, and let us know if the situation is the same.
