I am running Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my Windows 10 laptop. Adobe will not take documents from the scanner on my HP Office Jet Pro 8715 printer. It will only scan a single page at at time from the glass. How do I change this?

Hi James,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

As per the description above, you are not able to scan using Acrobat Pro DC from HP Office Jet printer, is that correct?

Please try troubleshooting steps from the following link: Troubleshooting tips for scanner issues when using Acrobat

You may also check for any pending updates of Acrobat Pro DC by navigating to Help>Check for updates.

Keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

James,

If you are using the document feeder, I am wondering if maybe your scanner is set to use the flatbed capabilities.  I have a different HP model, but the setting looks like this if you click the gear next to My Custom Settings.

You might want to check your prompt to scan more pages setting (flatbed input), and I am given an option to select flatbed vs. feeder in this dialog:

Might not be your answer, but it could be worth checking these options out.

My best,

Dave
