Hello,

Since changing laptop the button 'share this file with others' has disappeared. It says I am logged in when I click help. On adobe creative cloud app it says Acrobat is part of my plan. I have reinstalled the app and re-set it. How do I get my icon and share button back?

Hi Molly26091417dmfc,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please try removing the application and then run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).

Reboot the machine and install Acrobat Pro DC from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Check if the options reappear or not.

If the option does not appear, please share the Acrobat and OS versions used on the machine.

Are you using the application on a personal machine or the work machine?

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi,

Tried the above and still didn't work. It is a work machine. When I rep-oened the app it automatically signed me in to my adobe account. I did change laptops last month so we thought it could be that? Or my lisence which is the same as my work collegue and she has no problem.

Thanks,

Molly

Hello,

I've also noticed mine and my co-worker used to use (32-bit) and now mine says (64-bit)
