Unable to share

Hi I'm unable to share my file in any form. It allows me to create a link or email as my sharing options. However, when I hit create or send the message "Your file is uploading to Adobe's cloud storage, but you can share the link immediately." When the link is shared this message is displayed 

this is after 24-48 hours of being shared.

I had a chat with them and instructed to use the web version. I was able to share that way but not thru the app. Hope this helps someone.
